Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, which mainly bear axial loads in one direction and radial loads at the same time. They have high radial load-bearing capacity and are particularly suitable for working under heavy loads or vibration loads, but they cannot withstand Pure axial load. The outer raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, which has good alignment performance and can compensate for coaxiality errors.
Spherical roller bearings are divided into symmetrical spherical rollers and asymmetrical spherical rollers according to the cross-sectional shape of the rollers. Asymmetrical spherical roller bearings are an early product and are mainly used for main engine maintenance services. In new designs of main engines, symmetrical spherical roller bearings are rarely used. The internal structure has been improved and the parameters have been optimized. They are capable of carrying greater axial loads than earlier production spherical roller bearings. The bearing has a low operating temperature and can meet the requirements of higher rotation speeds. According to the inner ring and cage with or without ribs, it can be divided into two types: C type and CA type. The advantage of C-type bearings is that the inner ring has no ribs and uses a steel plate stamped cage. The key points of CA bearings are the ribs on both sides of the inner ring and the solid cage made by the automobile. In order to improve the lubrication of the bearing, users can be provided with center roller bearings with an annular oil groove and an outer ring with three oil holes, as shown on the rear code of the bearing /w33.
According to user requirements, spherical roller bearings with inner ring oil holes can also be provided. In order to facilitate customers' loading, unloading and replacement of bearings, we can also provide inner-bore tapered spherical roller bearings. The taper hole taper is 1:12, the latter code is K. In order to meet the requirements of special users, we can also provide the inner bearing hole taper is 1:30, the latter code is K30. Bearings with a tapered bore can be mounted directly on a tapered journal using a locking nut, or on a cylindrical journal using an adapter sleeve or push-off sleeve.
